Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Most products ship via commmon carrier; UPS or Fedex. Some items require freight shipments due to their weight, these items are shipped via truck freight to a commercial address or terminal, residential delivery is available but is an additional cost as carriers charge us additional for this service. If you provide a residential address as a commercial address you will be charged the additional freight fees charged by the carrier.
We strive our best to ship the same day or the day following for all in stock components. However, this is not garaunteed and is subject to stock and processing times. Some items ship direct from the manufacture while others are shipped from our warehouse stock in Redmond, WA.
Expedited shipping is available but is NOT garaunteed. Again, we try our best to ship as soon as possible but vendor logistics and processing times are not garaunteed. If your shipment is time sensitive please call to discuss.
Exchanges:
Should an exchange become necessary the following criteria are required:
Your exchange must be processed within 30 days of original shipment.
Exchanges are only available to the original purchaser.
In order to exchange a part we MUST receive the part in our warehouse for inspection PRIOR to shipping a new component. Please contact our sales department for an RMA for your exchange.
Returns:
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date with a RA generated by AD Performance, FOB. Items without RA's will NOT be accepted and we will not be responsible for problems arising as a result. Return items are to be shipped to ADP before any refund is considered, no exceptions.
Custom or Special orders CANNOT be returned. All Items not in stock and/or are custom ordered for the customer are considered to be special orders.
Custom Pistons, and select other parts, CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances after production has begun.
Refunds will be refunded in the same method they were paid. For money orders, cashiers checks or wire transfer payments a company check will be issued.
